iActive Personal Training

Combining strength, mobility, and stamina in one system

I created the iActive movement system to offer a new experience that builds dynamic strength, improves mobility, and burns calories like a furnace. I combine multiple free-weight disciplines, including; kettlebells, barbells & dumbbells, the landmine, Olympic technique and Animal Flow.

My training approach is designed to help you get fit and strong without putting pressure on your joints or risking injury. iActive personal training is about enjoying exercise and investing in your health, for today and for your future. 

​I am based in Third Space Wimbledon, Wimbledon Park, online and offer home visits.

Personal Trainer specialising in functional movement

I have been a Personal Trainer operating in Wimbledon and Southfields since November 2018.

 

When I started, my goal was to teach exercise techniques to people who wanted to learn. I have since developed an expansive client base, built an outdoor PT studio, mentored and sponsored local community events. 


I love my job. It’s my calling. I enjoy transferring my enthusiasm to my clients and teaching them new skills. Having a positive effect on my clients' health is at the core of what I do.
